We used it at a recent Detroit Red Wings game we went to in Anaheim. Don't ask about the score. Eek. We were sitting in the top tier, super duper far away from the bench. There's no way you would know that by these pictures. Here are a few highlights from warm-ups and the game.
Pavel Datsyuk thinking about his lines for his next television commercial.
Todd Bertuzzi: "I came here to do two things: Chew gum and kick ass.
And I'm running out of gum."
Jim and I figured that's what he was thinking about before the game.
Chris Osgood and Jean Sebastien Giguerre.
"It sucks being benched. But I am in charge of Bertuzzi's bubble gum, so that's a plus."
"Yup."
During the game:
On the edge of their seats. Maybe somebody spilled some Gatorade?
"Did you just burp? Gross."
"Sorry, Coach. I had Little Caesar's for lunch."
"Listen, kid. I said a wash AND a wax. Get it right next time, Rookie."
